Terms and conditions for using BandSync services

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BandSync services ("Services"), including BandSync App and BandSync Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
BandSync provides digital tools for brass bands and musical groups:
- BandSync App: Member organisation and event availability tracking
- BandSync Library: Digital music library management
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscriptions and Payments
BandSync Library is available on a subscription basis:
- Monthly subscription: £9.99 per month
- Annual subscription: £99.99 per year
- 30-day free trial available for new users
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Services
- Share copyrighted material without proper authorisation
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Harvey-Wallace and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvey-Wallace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
