1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BandSync Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
BandSync Library is operated by Harvey-Wallace, registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Description of Service
BandSync Library is a music library management platform that allows bands and ensembles to:
- Catalog and organize their sheet music collection
- Upload and store PDF documents
- Search and filter their music library
- Share access with band members
3. Account Registration
To use BandSync Library, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription & Payment
BandSync Library offers:
- Free Trial: 30-day trial with full access
- Pro Plan: £9.99/month or £99/year
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to access other users' data without permission
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to BandSync Library. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
Our Service: BandSync Library, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Harvey-Wallace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Copyright & Sheet Music
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any sheet music in your library. This includes:
- Music you have purchased legitimately
- Music in the public domain
- Music you have permission to use
BandSync Library is a tool for organizing your own legitimate music collection. We do not condone or support copyright infringement.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of BandSync Library is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
You may cancel your account at any time. We will retain your data for up to 2 years after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
BandSync Library is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
